I am looking for some advice i have a mbna card with ppi, im self employed and struggeling to pay it every month as customers are getting very slow in paying me if i fold the business will the ppi cover my payments.

MBNA have now got a agency to recover the outstanding do i have to pay them or can i still deal with mbna direct. i am 2 months in arrear

Check your PPI, probably doesn't cover self employed people.

If this is the case, cancel it and claim all the money back (as it may have been mis-sold or mis-advised or pre ticked) which should help you out a little.

The part of interest for you might be the pre-ticked option on an online credit card application. This was common before July 2007 applications.

i have just successfully claimed back my ppi from my mbna credit card as it was mis sold to me as i was on maternity leave, try it its worth the price of a stamp
