I would use them. It's nice to be nutty but's more important to be nice0

If they're not OK (and I'm sure they are) there is an unmissable fusty smell from any cereal-based food that is past it.
Trust your nose.
And 2 months out of date is nothing!0 -
Hi,
they will be fine. Ive used lasagne sheets that were about 8 months out of date before and im still standing!love my little man he is amazing :j0 -
I would use them, even if they were a year out of date as long as they didn't look or smell off.Fashion on a ration 2025 0/66 coupons spent

I imagine the worst that will happen is that they might not soften as much as usual. I never look at the date on dried pasta.May all your dots fall silently to the ground.0

I was using up some of the stuff in my cupboards & had some Lasagne sheets so I started making the lasagne. Then I realised that the sheets were well out of date. Does pasta really go out of date?
P.S. I did use them & I'm still alive0 -
If dried pasta looks ok, smells ok, the chances are it's fine. Out of interest, how far out of date were they?0
-
i think on pasta it is a best before date rather than a use by date. imo a best before is only a guideline. so i never really take much notice. unless the food item does look odd. but a use by date needs to be taken more notice of.0
