How do you back up Itunes ??

I have 10.54 GB of tunes to back up on itunes.
I managed to select them all, then I forgot how to do it after that ? Can you do it through itunes, or do I need to use Nero or something ?

Thanks for pointing me there, but it's not general backup that I want, it's specifically itunes and I know that I will have to put the music on DVD's, but don't know how to.
Any pointers ?****************************0 -
