anyone know how affective doing bottom clenches are to toning and getting rid of the wobbles? Yes I know this will go down as one of the most random questions!

You cant rid of fat by 'spot toning' so they may firm up the skin (but you'd have to do a LOT) but wont reduce the size - the only way to do that is to do enough all round exercise to recduce your fat levels to a point where it will reduce...

(And  tell me about it - been trying to get slimmer legs for ages - you'd think running would do it, but still working on muscle creation rather than reducing the fat - should be about another 6 months of solid training before the muscles under the fat show through and the fat is nearly gone - its a LONG process! :o)

Not pelvic floor squeezing, like when your sat and you clench your muscles and it kind of lifts you up...ok I'll get my coat ;)

Ive done 200 today and going to do 500 a day will let you know if it has any effect!

the only thing that gives me sore bum cheeks is stair running.... the football training night routes have a couple of sets of steep steps which i try to always encorporate....

    or squats....
I'm just a seething mass of contradictions....
