    Becky that's a lovely picture, I'm not surprised that you almost fell over!

    I think I might need to go into threapy or something, as I've got two tubes of Christmas sweets on my desk - 2 for £7 in Asda and I've just spent the last few minutes cuddling the tins!:rolleyes:

    PMSL Maz...MR Tumble he is so not doable!

    Becky that moon was amazing last night wasn't it. Although would have looked even better with all those lights. I love this time of year, sun out, sky blue and frosty. Its the rain and grey skys that make me want to jump off a bridge I hate it! I do like the extremes in weather and have often thought about moving to canada where they get the real seasons and less rain! lol

    anyone know how affective doing bottom clenches are to toning and getting rid of the wobbles? Yes I know this will go down as one of the most random questions!
