    Useless company - i once ordered a Dr Who box set - it took weeks to turn up - it wasn''t even in stock even though it said it was -would never use them again

    Ive found out if you paid through PAYPAL you can lodge a dispute with them to try to get your money back.

    I know it's only a few quid but how many of us have they done this to?:eek:

    I'll let you know how I get on...

    UPDATE, had reply from bangcd asking if I want replacement (claimed it must have got lost in the post!!)
    or a refund, asked for replacement, will keep you posted.

    I had my dispatch e mail on the 20 somethingth of November and the CD has just arrived today. Took just under 3 weeks to arrive following e mail............so hang in there & it may turn up!

    I ordered Robbie on 15th Nov. Had despatch email on 30th Nov. It finally arrived today. So, those of you still waiting, fingers crossed yours will arrive soon :)

    I'll never use them again though, no communication, no reply to emails and they were quick enough to take the money (on the 15th, day it was ordered).

    Great price, but rubbish service - would rather pay more and use amazon or play or HMV in future.
    You can't control everything in life....... your hair was put on your head to remind you of that :p

    Ordered on 14th, Despatch email on 30th November, arrived yesterday so there is hope if you are still waiting.

    i posted earlier on this thread that i have had no problems with this company,however since ordering a cd on 11 nov i have received no despatch email,no cd and no reply to my emails,ive also the same problem with cdwow.wish i had paid the extra money and bought from a more well known site now
