New Robbie Williams Cd £4.99 at BangCD

I ordered some CD's after seeingt he good prices through the forum on this site. However, I have two out of three CD's not arrived and they don't reply to any e-mails I send. This is one of the worst companies I have dealt with. Despite the good offers, DO NOT use this company or you may may never see the CD.

Same here. I ordered the Robbie CD in November. No CD and no response. £3.95 lost and a learning experience NEVER to use Bang CD again!!!

I used them last xmas and ordered at the end of nov and still hadn't recieved my cd in jan!!!! I sent them a few emails and did manage to get a refund but still meant my bf was a pressie short!!

I've ordered from here loads of times over the years and never had any problems with them - my Robbie CD came really quickly too.

That's exactly what happened to me. I ordered the Rod Stewart CD from them and had an email to say it was dispatched on 20th November but still no sign of it and they don't reply to emails. I'm also waiting for a JLS CD that was dispatched on 17th November.

I agree with the others do not user bangcd as your likely never to see the goods.

I ordered Robbie Williams cd on 11th November it was despatched on 27th November and still no sign of it, they managed to take my money quick enough but no response to my emails

I've used BangCD dozens of times in the past and never had any problems, but my Robbie CD took over 2 weeks to arrive, and I've now been waiting over 2 weeks again for a Rod Stewart CD from them, with no reply to my emails.

Signs of a company about to go bust maybe...?

My faith has been restored. Rod Stewart CD arrived today, but think I'll give them a miss after this as almost 4 weeks from ordering to delivery is a bit much.

I got an email about 2 weeks ago to say the Robbie cd had been despatched but nothing received yet. Doubt i'll use these ever again.

On the plus side though I don't have to listen to Robbie Williams wailing until it's banished to the wife's car
