Who does the best value sushi at lunchtime?

Waitrose do a couple of vegetarian sushi collections.
Personally I always go for Waitrose because it is proper raw fish, and a good selection such as raw clam, sea trout, raw tuna and other fish as well as the ubiquitous and surprisingly untasty salmon. Excellent but a bit pricey, so I don't suppose it counts as best value.
M&S sushi is made entirely from cooked fish - the salmon is smoked, the tuna tastes tinned etc... Sort of tasty, but doesn't hit the raw fish spot for me!0
