Thanks very very much Tizwas for that. I FINALLY managed to book 2 for the Chakra Balancing Massage with Hot Stones at SenS Spa. What happens next though? One's for my husband and one's for me. We plan to use it on Friday 11th December. Do we have to book it in advance?

Glad you got them-I got my confirmation email about 10mins later. I think what you usually do is once your voucher arrives in the post it will have a reference number on it and the contact details for SenS Spa. You then call them and see if they have availability on the day you want. If it helps at all on my email confirmation it says
"If you have any queries regarding delivery of your voucher or confirmation details, please telephone them at 0207 096 6229."
Hope that helps. I also managed (although confirmation not through yet) to get the hair cut and blow dry and scalp massage at SenS Spa which will make a lovely Xmas pressie for friends!0 -

Thanks managed to get hair cut x2 for me and mum and the stone back massage x 2 for me and mum. Hopefully as we dont live in London we can have these all on the same day.
Also hope that its a good hair stylist as I always worry when getting my hair cut.
