First time seller

Hi all.
I am about to start my way into the world of ebay selling and wondered if any of you nice people had any advice for a first time seller.
I have only bought a couple of items off ebay so have a very low feedback, is this going to effect me??
I'm not going to be selling anything of great value. I am just trying to get rid of excess items we have lying around the house and trying to make a bit of extra money for my holiday with kip fund.:D
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.:T

Get your feedback up to 10+ before starting to sell. Thats a good start.
You are going to need sellotape and stuff like that buy a few abtteries or whatever but try and get your feedback up first also make sire you don't have that little I'm a newbie sign.
Best way to get an idea about items is to check how similar items have sold for in the past few weeks. This will give you an idea on pricing and whether its worth listing etc.
Decide when your best end time is mostly in evenings but kids stuff can be mid afterenoon (Mums at home).
Don't pay for any extras except gallery photo and perhaps BIN.
Thats just a few pointers to get started.0 -
I've been doing it too Beth, it's a piece of cake.
My biggest problem is being ar5ed to pack and post after things have sold
Use your bucket and you won't pay for photo listingsde do-do-do, de dar-dar-dar0
