    Now psouthey

Your point is interesting, you see I'm a great admirer of performance and showmanship - and I take my dancing very seriously. Yet watching is different, they played me Sinead O'Connor the other day on radio 2, and it didnt do that much, but the video is moving.

So watching the video is a cheat, as I love the visual medium. As for Ave Maria, do write in to Vine, sounds like potential to be a one of their top ten for me, as for listening to it... sorry just can't quite find the time at the moment :p ....

    Martin ,

i thought you were meaning youd never paid money for music in your life, that youd been an active pirate :) Obviously not. :D

Crikey, I wouldnt have wound up here if it wasnt for music, HMV has had some major slices of my income for years.

I just dont get how you can not like music  A teenage lump in the throat to Chesney Hawkes I am the one & only? Or a romantic lil tear in the eye with a bit of Sinatra? Come on, you must like the Beatles!!
 Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.

    This Ive come to know...
So if you agree have a drink with me, raise your glasses for a toast

I have asked for him to play you The Who - Dont get fooled again, the perfect mix of Rock and synthetiser... done in the 70's, i just cant find anything as ground breaking as this in terms of rock and roll anymore... No creativity in today's music in my humble opinion.

Music defines every special moment in my life, I hear certain tunes and events come back to life , sometimes they even bring a tear to my eye:o

The sax intro to "Baker Street" takes me right back to 1978 I can almost taste the lager and lime:p

Hope you find a track to move you Martin because a world without music is my idea of hell:confused:

Nearly Rich, I SO agree with you. OUr amps just blown and we cant really afford to replace it/ fix it, and even though we have CD player in the kitchen, decks & CD/MINIDISK system in the bedroom and thre PC here with music on I feel deprived. No matter how skint I am, music will always be something I have to have, beg or borrow ( libraries:) )

Martin - for a nice MSE style tune you just cannot beat Fela Kuti Suffering & Smiling or even a bit of Expensive Sh*t"
