Where do I start with Welcome?

I used to have a loan through Welcome and i'm pretty sure that I have PPI with it as they originally told me that it had to be part of the loan.
I'm not actually sure how to go about finding out the information I need though.
I originally took out a loan with them for about £1500, then I wanted to add to it and they said that to do this I would need to take out a new agreement for the money that was owed on the old account plus the extra £1000 that I wanted. I did this 5 times during my time with Welcome until I ended up with a loan amount of about £8000.
The only information I have is for the last account that was paid off in full in February this year.
How will I go about finding out the information for the previous accounts that were paid off every time I took a new loan out?
Also I am half considering getting a company to act on my behalf to do all this. Does anyone have any recommendations or is it easy enough to do it all myself? I have done all the bank charges stuff myself so if it's anything like that it should be easy enough.
It's just this finding out all my previous information that I think could be a pain in the rear end.

Hello there, I would start by requesting a Subject Access Request (SAR), they have 40 days to comply, and send everything they hold on your account(s), there is a cost of £10 for this to be paid by either cheque or postal order.
Template letter for the SAR here:

For more then on reclaiming for when you ready check this link here below, and if you require help from here, please ask, good luck.

I have a few addresses here, post by recorded delivery, you can check on the Royal mail website "Tracking" to make sure it reaches them, you could send to the address you posted above, to what I am aware of as they are altogether anyway, the letter will get to the right dept by the means of them passing it on fax etc if they have to.;)
Some addresses here for you anyway.
