That's a fair point, but the good thing is you aren't punished if you don't check that box. :j

Also, you have to tick the box to agree to the Terms And Conditions, otherwise you can't enter either. I had a read through of them, and they seem as reasonable as any other competition site.

It's not my site. It just says in the Terms and conditions.

Notification of 'winning' will occur via email and private messaging on this site. The 'winner' is given 72hours to respond to the notification, at which point Darren Beige will endeavour to send the 'winner' the prize, as soon as possible. Winners of each competition will be posted on the archived competition page. If a reply is not received within the 72hour window, the winner will be assumed to have forfeited and their opportunity of recieving the prize will have been lost. Darren Beige will thus continue with a new randomly selected individual from the correct answers.
