Boiler Service Paperwork

Can someone in the know shed some light on what paperwork you should get from your GSR heating engineer when they service your boiler? My previous boiler was old and we didn't bother having it done however the new boiler has a 2 year waranty and one of the conditions is that it is serviced anually, that and the fact that I want to protect my investment.
Any advice much appreciated.

Get the rgi to to fill the service record on the boilers benchmark book. The service record is on the back. Also you should have a service sheet of the rgi.0
