I dont even know if this is posted in the right place but
I am sitting here in tears. I dont know what to do. I have just spoken to jobcentre and my national insurance contributions are running out in 3 weeks! I am not entitled to any benefits apart from child tax credit and child benefit because my husband works and we have a mortgage.
We are gonna be loosing about £240 a month and we were already strugling with that so I dont know what to do or were to turn.
I was made redundant whilst on maternity leave. I am genuinley looking for a job part time in the evenings but there really isnt anything in my area.
Has anyone got any ideas?
Thank you

Hello Sammie, Maybe you could post your finances on the debt free board? People on that board are really very good at helping cut expenses, and helping you to work out a budget. Showing you where you can make cuts. I'm thinking maybe you have some debts (apart from the mortgage)?
Another great area is the old style board where you can get help cutting your household bills (cooking, freezing etc etc). best wishes0 -
Thank you I will try there
Good luck everyone and Thank you to all posters xx0
