Peterborough Passport office. There a lady there who REALLY helped me out the other day, was friendly and nice, but did look like a battleaxe (sorry if shes reading this!)
Security guards were fab too and made me chuckle (even though i did need to be searched!)

They saved my bacon once when I lost my passport days before going away! I had been told on the phone it was unlikely that it would be able to be sorted in time so when the lady at PPO said she could issue it that day I sobbed with joy (was in a heightened state - days before memorial service!). She thought I was weird!0
