I am thinking of bidding as it is cheap but the feedback is pretty low so what would you do?.http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/512MB-BLUE-MP3-Player-Item-Shipped-From-U-K-BNIB_W0QQitemZ9733231018QQcategoryZ80019QQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem or item number 9733231018. I am just a little freaked out at the moment with scammers so just to make sure would be great.

I've looked at her feedback and things she is selling and all looks totally genuine to me...I can't comment on the quality on the player. If you pay through paypal using your credit card you will be more or less covered if item does not arrive. If you are unsure places like ebuyer sell things like that for just a couple of quid more.0

Only thing that would put me off the seller is that they say "I do not take responsibility for the package once in transit unless arrangements for secure/recorded delivery are taken out."
We all know that if you pay by paypal and don't receive the item the seller is responsible no matter what they say, but it just screams to me that the seller will be un co-operative if something does happen to the item in transit.

This would put me off. Ebay's rules allow you seven days to pay.Payment must be made within 5 working days after auction ended, otherwise I will relist the item AND NEGATIVE will be given. I will send packages via Royal Mail first/Second Letter or Parcel post depending on the size and weight of the item. I obtain proof of postage from the post office. I do not take responsibility for the package once in transit unless arrangments for secure/recorded delivery are taken out.DMP mutual support number 174Total debt now (April 10) £0! - total paid off £30,221 or 100%I'm now debt free after 6 years!!:jNon smoker since June 2006 :j0 -
Personally anyone that has odd terms like 'pay within 5 days' or not being responsoble for lost parcels is enough to put me off. I can't see anything that suggests this is a scam, but I wouldn't deal with a seller with such negativity showing through in her terms.

Personally I would buy this without a problem. Loads of folk put silly terms and conditions in that mean nothing and if the item doesn't arrive and i have paid by PayPal its their problem not mine.
The amount is also in my comfort zone. If I wanted this and the price is good wht not have a go.0 -
thanks all. and tbh I think i'll give it a miss if its anything like my last player I had to change the batteries more than i change my knickers (not literally lol). But just about. maybe would only last about 1-2 days.maybe ill just save up for an ipod?Need to get rid of my Yankee Candle Habit, Not very money saving of me
