However can't seem to follow the simple instructions on the screen (press select and then print)... Is anyone else having this problem? I've tried in IE and Firefox, but no joy. Help!!

I emailed pigsback on this a few weeks ago.
Their reply was you can find them on the irish site but not on the uk site.

They hope to sort this out by 2007.
