After lots of to-ing and fro-ing between me, Rachel and PB's technical team, today I have had points added (with extra for inconvenience :0) ) that I was due from HQ hair about 6 weeks ago.
I was initially told that there was no trace of the points, so keep trying.
I got a really nice apologetic email from Rachel also,

Does it take a while for the points from these 'sign up to this newsletter and get 50 piggypoints' things to appear in your piggy account? I've been signing up like mad, and have now lost track of what I should be getting!
