They are supposed to be added within 24 hours but I ordered a pair of GHD's a couple of weeks ago through Pigsback and as yet no points have been added :mad: I emailed Rachel and she said there was no trace of my transaction, but the technical team are trying to sort it out. I will be gutted if I don't get my points on the 10% cashback!

I emailed Rachel months ago about a firbox transaction, I emailed her a copy of my order confirmation and she said she was looking into it with the technical team and would get back to me, she never did

I know I have the email from her somewhere, just need to find it and chase it up (though it's annoying that I should have too). My advice is keep all your correspondence somewhere you can easily find it if needed.

Just bumping the thread, pigsback should always be on the first page! I've not had any CT's for 2 weeks, just have to keep pressing F5!

Edit - I just got a CT for Bodies!!!

i hope i get my 700ish points, thats why i ordered them through hq hair so i could get my points, if i dont get them i will be wishing that i ordered them somewhere else! because i didnt get free pand p or anything like that :eek:
