What should i wear to a call-centre job interview (nhs24)?

I had an interview at a call centre, which turned out to be about 100 people in the room, I wore smart trousers and a shirt, some had turned up in tracksuits and baseball caps - I couldn't believe it!!!! Who does that!!!

It turned out the only criteria for getting the job was being able to spell so many tracksuits made the cut

I interview people for that exact position (hopefully I didn't interview you yesterday!) and I would recommend a suit

It's worth it, always.

I don't mean to be rude, but if staff wanting to work for the NHS feel they need to ask these sorts of questions, no wonder the health service is in the state it's in!
