    Any left at Sains?
  • hi everyone,
Sainsburys are running out fast (none here in Spalding Lincs0 but if you go on to ebay tap in 3d all the Sainsburys ones are being sold for around £1.50 for 2 pairs, 2isnt there a word for people like that?
  • That's very cheeky selling them on ebay. Haven't been in my Sainsbury's Local today but as of last night they still had plenty left.

Have now sent them to 11 people on here so hopefully have helped a few people out

On Tuesday I asked a staff member at my local Sainsburys in Brixton if they had the 3D glasses and was told no.

Today I phoned the branch in Herne Hill and they said the only had them for a short time as a promotion and didn't have any more.

Then today I popped into the Brixton branch again (I willed them to have them LOL) and asked another staff member and he said yes, just ask at the tills!!

They may not display them and staff may not even know they have any, but if you can get to the Brixton branch (right next to the tube station) they have some - I was given 4.

That's terrible they they are selling them on Ebay!!

Cant get to Sains, ill just have to record the progs and hope i can get the glasses later.
Ludicrous just letting people help themselves to as many as they want, as they will obviously run out.
  • A personal thanks Roddy, I must be getting old as i nrver thought of recording doh;-(

It wasnt a suggestion for you, Mr Cleverclogs MYOB
  • My small local shop in Darlington was taken over by Sainsbury's about a year ago and they had a big bin of the glasses when I was in buying newspapers yesterday. Worth looking the the smaller stores rather than the big supermarkets.
