Cannock Beds - Ripped Off?

Options
Recently made a purchase from this company during a visit to one of their stores (mattress, pillows and mattress cover). When it was delivered, I was surprised to see that all the items actually came from the online company 'Mattress24.co.uk'. No hastle there I thought, until I did some digging that is.
I appears that, had I gone through this online company myself, I could have saved myself £118 (£90 on the mattress and £28 on the delivery fee - which was free, next day delivery!).
Cannock Beds seem to have have been a bit sneaky to say the least! Thought I'd seen it all. Beware, and buy direct from 'Mattress24.co.uk' yourself.

It's not a rip off, that's the way business works! Buy something and sell it for more than you paid.

You only have yourself to blame for not doing your research before buying!

Theres a lesson to be learned, when you have bought what you want,
stop looking for it. Why would you still keep on looking

There is nothing wrong with the way they operate. Cannock Beds have the overheads of showrooms, and sales staff who wait around in case there is a rush of customers. At mattress 24 most of the ordering process will be automated through the web site, so they only need a few telephone operators.

So if you buy through Cannock Beds you are paying for their overheads.

If you buy through mattress 24 you are paying for less overheads. However mattress 24 are actually expensive as far as internet sellers go, so you caould have probably saved even more if you had shopped around.

Is anyone else getting bored with people shouting "rip off" because they're unwilling to do any of their own research prior to buying and don't seem to have any understanding at all of how busienss works?

Hey, there is no need to abuse the OP just because they didn't understand. If they read post 5 it explains the way it works without putting the OP down.
