Hi, yes we are still at the same address and have all the same contact points they have on file.
I've checked their complaints procedure and have now lodged an official complaint which they state they will respond to in 5 working days as nobody has called me back. Did this last night so should hear back by close of play thursday. If not I can then complain to the energy ombudsman.
So lets wait and see.
Will be checking our credit file but assume if it shows up there's not much I can do about it at the moment.0
