    Open Offer closed on 5/6/09 @ 38.43p
    87% taken up balance of 13% placed in the market at 60p on 8/6/09.
    Government holding after offer 43.4%.

    This offer was underwritten by government who would have bought any shares not taken up. Government shareholding could have risen to a maximum of 65% but this was not required.
