Scottish Power Customer Service
Anyone have any problems with Scottish Power? If so how did you sort it?
I recently switched to them and they completed messed up my start of readings. Once that was sorted they then told me they were upping my electricity charge to a level that in effect was four times what my previous charge was with my old supplier. I have given them a detailed complaint two weeks ago by email and heard nothing back.
Anyone with any thoughts.....?

Yes they have my electricity consumption at £148 a month!
Heating is gas and the only things on all the time fridge/freezer, sky plus and a phone...and two loads of washing a week. I asked them if they thought I was running a casino...0 -
