I recently applied for a job with them, i was wondering has anyone worked for them or do you's use their services? Its just to a get a general idea of what they are like to work for? or what they are like as a company, from a customers point of view?

Middle and outside lane hoggers in the most part, that seem to think they own the notorway between the city and the airport.

Go down to the airport and see how big the queue is where they sit before joining the taxi rank. (1st left after you are in the airport ring.) I thought it looked pretty long but that might just have been the time of day.

They used to store them at the back of the old Multi-Storey at one point.

Orginally they seemed to have little control on it. We live nearby and the drivers were poor for treating those in a 3/4 mile radius of the airport like dirt- you could see the sigh when the got the destination. We had one guy who got us home in silence, we paid and he just flung our cases out the boot and took off before we knew it. This has largely stopped now as there is a taxi marshall and all addresses within 5 miles get a queue jump and are allowed to rejoin at the back of the rank rather than the queue so they are better now.

Still I prefer to get picked up with the local taxis and it seems a lot are the same.
