Please help if you can ,I have a problem with my use of mse and webby is helping me out but I need to take a screenshot of the problem and e-mail it ......................I've got a screenshot program but I have no idea how to do it

Can you not press the Printscreen button or ALT+Printscreen then open up Paint and paste the image in?0

Just use, Print Screen key to capture the whole window and Alt Print Screen to capture just the active window then paste as new image into paint or any other picture software.
The Print Screen function is a key on your keyboard, usually Print Screen, SysReq have a look on your keyboard.0 -
Hi,
Press the button labelled PRNT SCRN near to F12 on the keyboard
The open a 'word' document or your email program
then press CTRL and V and this will put your screen shot on your word page or email.

there is a button on the keyboard marked print screen but nothing happens when I click it0 -
thats because you have to open lets say paint then Edit Paste, then save as a jpeg or jpg0

thanks everyone ,I managed it in the end ,had to go to the screensaver programme,highlight what I wanted ,then object start capture and hey presto..............................all the functions were a bit daunting to look at and I think I panicked
all sorted now though.......till the next time :eek:
now I just have to figure out how to dump all these screensaves:rotfl:0 -

Thanks sra,sorry didn't do a search but I'm glad I never that to me is more daunting than all the choice I already had :rotfl: but I will take the time to try it out step by step so I know what I'm doing for next time0
