Can you not press the Printscreen button or ALT+Printscreen then open up Paint and paste the image in?

Just use, Print Screen key to capture the whole window and Alt Print Screen to capture just the active window then paste as new image into paint or any other picture software.

The Print Screen function is a key on your keyboard, usually Print Screen, SysReq have a look on your keyboard.
  • Hi,

Press the button labelled PRNT SCRN near to F12 on the keyboard

The open a 'word' document or your email program

then press CTRL and V and this will put your screen shot on your word page or email.
