HSF for (Dell) BTX Motherboard

I bought a dell case with motherboard. I am trying to fit a retail intel celeron 775 - the chip fits fine but there are no suitable fixing holes for the hsf, only some strange plastic bar. Is this a custom dell fitting or is this something new with the btx motherboard. Can anyone point me towards a suitable hsf.
