Had my despatch email today for the album I bought yesterday...did anyone get a reply re the extra points???

i got this earlier on today ..emailed them yesterday One of our customer services advisors has reviewed your query and we are able to confirm the following:
Please be advised these points are manually added, you will receive them just before your next quaterly statment. Thank you for your query.

Many thanks to the OP for highlighting this fantastic offer.

The Tesco Entertainment site is down this morning.

I hope that this doesn't mean they are removing or modifying the offer because of a huge response.:eek:

You're welcome. I have had no reply to my email sent 2 days ago, even though it says they will reply within one working day.
Whilst we see from above they are added manually, i am still waiting to know if it is 500 points per order or per customer.

Yippee, the site is now up and running again but some of the prices have changed (some up and some down). E.g.

• Queen - Absolute 2CD - Was £8.93, now £12.47
• Harry Potter & The Half Blood Prince DVD - Was £14.96, now £13.98
• Now 74 2CD - Was £11.93, now £11.98
• Inglourious B*****ds - Was £12.96, now £15.57
  

May not be too much of an issue as all pre-orders are covered by the 'Pre-order Price Promise' which guarantees that you pay the lower price of the price when you order or the price on the release date.

This is still a great deal.:beer:

ALL the cd's have gone up, most by 2p which isnt much but Queen by £3.54 is a bit steep. I quess they have to pay for someone the new site design at our expense.
STILL waiting to find out if you get 500 points each time you place an order for the pre order items.

Hi I phoned Tesco Customer Service today and spoke to Siobhan.

She advised it is 500 points per item ordered (I've made sperate orders but she siad I don't have to get the points) and that you won't see points until your Feb statement. They get accrued and then transferred once a quarter from Tesco Entertainment to clubcard. Confident I'll get the points just might have to wait.

9 ordered = cheap christmas prezzies + lost of pizza express vouchers!
