Help Unzipping A Folder.

Hello.

I have recently downloaded an upgrade for my "Ship Simulator" which has gone into my Ship Sim as a zipped file. I have tried the normal method to unzip in Vista IE: right click> extract all, but the extract all doesn't appear.

Anyone any ideas what else I can try?

First make sure you've virus scanned it to make sure it is what its claiming to be.

then I recommend having a (free) copy of 7zip installed as it can handle a fair number of more obscure compression formats that crop up from time to time

Supported formats:

• Packing / unpacking: 7z, ZIP, GZIP, BZIP2 and TAR
• Unpacking only: ARJ, CAB, CHM, CPIO, DEB, DMG, HFS, ISO, LZH, LZMA, MSI, NSIS, RAR, RPM, UDF, WIM, XAR and Z.

Finally its also possible the original .zip file is corrupted.....
