Tried to register and it says I already have when I definitely did not! Dont know if there is anything I can do about it!

Got a message telling me "request not recognised". Feedback window wants more personal details so they can send a voucher by post but I declined. It seems they want email & postal addresses together with name & date of birth. Seems like a cheap way to get personal details for further campaigns or selling onwards. I don't need a bar of chocolate that badly.
