    Powergen are shambles. When I lived in my 2 bed flat they raised my DD from £42 to £160 as I had a balance of £450. :eek: How could I possibly used that much I don't know. :confused:

    I called them to lower the DD and it was changed to a more affordable £120. 2 weeks later I got another letter saying my DD was going up to £180 :mad:

    Luckily I was selling the flat, I was so happy to get rid of them!!

    oh help, now I'm really confused, I was just about to switch to powergen!!! Although to be honest, are there any utilities companies which don't have a load of nightmare stories?
