When dealing with the CSA its important to note that it is commonly accepted as unfit for purpose, and by default this also means the staff are unfit for purpose.

I have been approached by these when out shopping twice. They were trying to promote the fact that the magazine donates to babies in special care. I wasn't keen on the magazine, as I don't like "Women's mags" and never read them.

They told me they raise money for premature children, and as my daughter had just been born several weeks early I signed up. Cancelled my subscription due to never reading the thing. Would never have subscribed on the basis of 10%, which is probably why they never mention it.
    Been away for a while.
