i sold some tickets at the end of 2005 due to be used by sept and also some in feb 2006 due to be used by end of july and have recently tried to contact the seller on the email address they provided when the item was sold to them. so far i have just recieved undelivered mail notices. the items are fully paid for i just need them to confirm the address they need to be sent to.
can i sell these again if no contact has been made?
i gave them all my details in case of problems when the item sold and there was no mention of refunds in the listing.
i have had concerns before when buying tickets myself, as mentioned in an earlier post but as a seller this has never occured before.

I think you should find the old confirmation of purchase e-mail and use the address details etc to call them on the phone. Failing that you should post them to the last known address (as on confirmation e-mail).
These tickets do not belong to you now so you should be pulling out all the stops to fulfill your obligations to the buyer. The buyer could have changed ISP or a host of other reasons for not answering their e-mail.0

i have tried several times to email them and still get the same undelivered notices.
one of the buyers used a friends paypal account (noted in invoice) and confirmed address, so they could have fallen out and the paypal person may not forward on the email or may be intending to use the tickets themselves.
the other has not sent any address yetfatblokexl:EasterBun:0

You could try finding their phone number via this page:

By a strange co incidence I was going to post a similar story!
Mine though has a twist, I opened an NPB dispute and the buyer responded (drat) and said I hadn't sent my address for payment (which I had but my mail bounces) I put my address in the body of the dispute message and she paid a week later. However,....her address is incomplete and is not valid according to the RM website and her phone number is false. I have reported her to ebay who just tell me to phone my buyer (argghhh) so if I complain about the false tel number I get the standard report to email via ebay (arghhhh). I've just sent another stroppy email to ebay asking what the heck to do now.
She email sme and is getting stroppy as she hasn't got her item, yet ignores all my email, anything in the dispute centre and ebay emails so I am totally at a loss.
Oh yes and my buyer is now down to 50% feedback having one pos and one neg.
Sorry to hijack this thread but I am just so cross I could scream..if I get a neg on this I will go crazy.
GOing back to the actual thread question...try calling up contact details and phoning them. Otherwise join me and we can scream together.

In my case I got a cheque through the post which I assumed was from this buyer as virtually every other of my sales was paid with by paypal. However the cheque was for the wrong amount and from a person with an entirely different name to the buyer...I did contact her about three weeks ago through the dispute centre (the last time she acknowledged anything from me) and she confirmed it was from her.

i was paid via paypal on both ocassions, once was via the buyers friend, so only email address i have is the paypal account holder and no reply from that one, the other, well, i get returned mail message when trying to contact the email address they gave.
both have supplied address' (see above paragraph, the same story applies).
all i am trying to do is ask them whether they still want the tickets sent to the address as supplied, the last thing i want is for them to open a dispute saying they never arrived and had no contact from me.
email ebay for guidance but reply answered a totally different question.fatblokexl:EasterBun:0
