Debt Agencies, International numbers???

Does anyone know if Debt Agencies / banks use international numbers to contact you? I have had some missed calls and no messages left on my phone! Just wonder if any of you have picked up the phone of an international number only to find some agency/bank is chasing a debt? Thank you. k.

It's funny how all these offshore call centres employ John, Dave, Bob, Sharon, Tracey and 'shell. Have you even tried phoning them back and asking for Dave? Nobodies ever heard of him

The moral of the story is never trust a man called Dave, especially if he's not local.
