It's a 21 page PDF file so you will need the free Adobe Acrobat reader from https://www.adobe.com or another suitable viewer.
It's like an electronic version of the show and covers topics such as:
- Help is at hand
- Do you like what you see in the mirror?
- Making a relationship work
- Good relationships gone bad
- Single parenting
You get the gist... :-)0 -

If you bothered to google her name you will see that she beaten by her parents. Suffered from eating disorders and at the hands of abusive partners as well as dealing with drug problems. Had a neverous breakdown as well as the death of her first husband from aids and also tried to take her own life as well as dealing with her own sister taking her life. As well as going through a lot therapy.
So I thinks she does know a little about life and how to survive it. Because if you can survive all that and come out the other end smiling then you have to be a very strong person.
If you want to read more look here

Also do you really think that she wrote it all by herself with out profesional help.

Trisha is a joke, surely you see that? Just because she has had a hard time doesnt make her some sort of expert. Everyone has problems but we dont all go running into therapy. This stupid American aprroach to problems has caused more harm than good. People need to learn to rely on themselvescalleyw wrote:If you bothered to google her name you will see that she beaten by her parents. I am so angry about your idiotic reply. Admitting you need help in the form of therapy is a very hard thing to do and many situations cannot be resolved just by "relying on yourself" Some situations are so severe that you need help to understand it all. I don't find it to be a stupid approach to problems at all. People trying to solve problems by themselves (trying to push it to the back of their mind till it manifests into a severe problem) is far more damaging than talking to a trained professional (admittedly not Tricia!)
As a person who has been forced to admit I need help because relying on myself was physically damaging me, I find your reply very insensitive and pig headed. My mind not only wanders .......... sometimes it leaves completely0 -

While it may not make her an "expert" in the academic context, she certainly has "life experience" as a base to draw upon. And the experiences she has endured are no 'joke'!
If I want to learn how to drive, I'll ask someone who has driving experience, not someone who has simply studied the principles and theories via textbooks
