Egg CCA received- help needed please

Hi, i have received my Egg CCA.

My account with them is one that was "closed" and the facilities withdrawn in 2007 so i've been paying it back since.

I originally paid off the card in April 2004 and it shows on my credit file as the account that i signed the agreement for on the 13/8/2003 was settled on the 05/04/04

I called a few months after i paid the card off and asked for it to be re-opened and they sent me a new card but i didn't sign any new forms etc

The credit agreement they've sent me relates to the settled account (based on the date i signed the agreement) and does not mention an account number.

Any thoughts on whether this is enforceable at all ?

I have offered a full and final settlement but it was not accepted

Thanks

Lisa
