    Great. Thanks for that.

We're off to see a mortgage broker on Friday for some advice, quotes, lending avilability etc etc.

We're going to view a property on Saturday morning, it's a nice property from what I can see from the details on rightmove, but it's at the upper part of our budget (I kinda have a budget in mind, but the lenders may not lend us that much/may lend us more), although it is still VERY cheap for what it is and where it is.

I now need to see if I can find a list on here as to what questions to ask, both the mortgage broker, AND the salesperson when we go to view properties....

if it is a new build, i would take time to trawl back thru this last couple of weeks on here, there are several interesting discussions on new builds, and snaggings etc. new build "discounts" are often not all that they seem. is the apartment built yet ?

It's a 3 bedroomed house, and yes, AFAIK, it is fully completed.
