Water leaking from fridge.

Its a Hotpoint ice diamond fridge /freezer and although its probably about 10 years old its working fine apart from the fact that there is water leaking out from the bottom. It seems to be originating at two little pipes and running down the inside and into the salad trays then on to the floor.
Any ideas of how to repair,thanx.
