Having thought about it for many months we finally made the decision to switch to Scottish Power via Martin's cost comparison webpage and calculated we would make quite a good saving.
However, just received a letter today saying that they are putting their prices up, the first 225Kwh will cost more than they did with Seeboard, the remaining about 0.5p less than Seeboard so a complete waste of time as this will wipe out the expected savings!!!!!!!!!!!

however i've just switched again and fortunately making savings again, its a real pain in the !!!!!! all this switching around, but i guess if i wanna save money i have it to do, just wish i could be more organised now ??? :-XNobody can make you feel inferior, without your permission

..I also got the same letter, having recently changed from Seeboard. Since the market is so volatile at the moment I will probably stick with Scottish Power for a year and then review again at that time, when hopefully things will have settled out.There is a pleasure in the pathless woods, There is a rapture on the lonely shore, There is society, where none intrudes, By the deep sea, and music in its roar: I love not man the less, but Nature more...0
