FileMaker Server Statistics

Does anyone know of a free program that providers FileMaker server statistics?
I am one of two IT guys at a company and we have 18 sites connecting via 3 allocated Terminal Server’s which then run File Maker from an alternate database server. When someone runs a report from File Maker is causes the server to max out and run at 100% which of course causes all connections to run slow.
At present we remotely connect one-by-one to all connections to see who is running the report but this is not the ideal solution as the report will finish before we can find the culprit.
I hope this makes sense to someone:)
