Kit Insurance

Options
MY OH has finally decided he should get kit insurance - its only taken him 5 years to get round to it .

Any recommendations of who to get it with? I am a bit rubbish when it comes to things like this, and he is even worse!

Premiums are quite low and they are pretty quick to settle any claims.

I would recommend Abacus. We are with them. They do house contents and kit so its all under one policy. We had to make a couple of claims to them and they were sorted really quickly and without incident. They also covered all our belongings when they were in transit between postings without any extra charges

Pax insurance seem pretty good and cover everything at home, during a move, and on detachment.
