Don't the boots come direct from the manufacturer in the proper UGG boxes???

My Mum has just phoned to say my UGGs have finally turned up from Spoiled Brat, not bad considering i ordered them at the beginning of October!

They have arrived in a genuine box with all the paperwork intact. Genuine uggs at a very good price but the hassle of dealing with Spoiled Brat is not worth it IMO. I doubt very much that i would buy from them again, even if they had a 50% code!

I am sorry if this is not allowed but i think people should have heads-up on bad customer service, and this really is bad!

I've only ever had good service from Spoiled Brat. Saying that, they've had so many offers lately that they mustn't be able to cope with the demand.
