Just read the reviews on reviewcentre....the last one, from a 'guest', reckons they spent £170, never recieved the items, tried to contact the company for 5 months, then was finally told they wouldn't be getting a refund. :rolleyes:

Just my opinion, but why would anyone wait that long for £170 before taking any action??!!!!! Seems a bit extreme to me.

Anyway, on another note, I did notice they have Gwen Stefani's perfume in a gift set for £21 - with an extra 40% off that'd be a pretty good xmas pressie I think?

This website is definitely genuine. I have used it at least 5 times over the past couple of years and I have got the items within 2 days and returns are also easy to do. They also regularly advertise in Look magazine. Just because 40% off seems too good to be true doesn't mean that it's a con! Anyway, I have just ordered a pair of Love From Australia boots that I have lusted after for ages!!! :rotfl::T

I checked on love from australia website and they are listed as stockists for their boots so felt confident to place order.Really want ugg boots but with the 40 pert cent off too good to miss out on have ordered the cupid crystal boots and a party dress for xmas :j

to be fair Scottishlass it was more that it was the op's first post on mse to give us a discount code for a website with awful reviews and in my experience a lot of people join mse to post spam (i'm sure you will come across this soon unfortunately!)

However thanks to the op - my order from Spoiledbrat arrived safely on Saturday so I may well use them again - apologies for ever doubting you!

I made an order using the 40% code, recieved it today, 1 Thing was missing, on the invoice inside it stated it should have been in the parcel, emailed them today and am awaiting a response. Ive read their bad reviews so I hope I get a response..... :mad:

If you've ordered with them, check your dispatch note and items carefully.

I'd advise anyone to think very carefully before using this site. In my experience, the retailer is dishonest, having unlawfully withheld a full refund from me for a pre-order item which did not materialise after 3 months. The amount in question is small but that's not the point; the retailer knows he/she has money which is lawfully mine when no goods/services have been provided. People who act like this should not be in business at all.
