To tell now or later?

Just discovered that for the passed few months we have been paying a lower rate of mortgage than is recorded on the IVA agreement - wonder if we should let the IVA people know sooner or wait until they do the yearly finance check on us? It amounts to above £100 a month difference.

Is it possible that they would let us keep some of it to offset any increase in cost to run the house ie. bills etc.
Advice welcome..
thankyou

It should be ok. You shouldn't REALLY have to pay it in to your IVA or at least not it all.

It's not technically a windfall or anything but you could pull out your copy of your agreement and see what they say.

Who are you with? (Somebody may be able to advise you if something similar has happened to them with the same company!)
Would you ask the wolves to look after the sheep?
    CCCS funded by banks
  • We are with the CCCS (think thats what the company is called always put too many initials in). I thought we would have to pay it back to them after time this will probably add up to a fair few hundred pounds.. would of thought when they do their spreadsheet - see mortage payments etc.. it would be a bit too obvious!
Would be nice to keep though!
