Best Available Seats

My lovely mom has decided to treat me to tickets to La Cage Aux Folles while the lovely John Barrowman is still in it. The cheapest tickets that I can find are on Last Minute . com. There are Best Available seats for £30.00 but just wondered whether anyone had ever purchased these before, are they actually good seats? What about if it is practically a sell out, the best available for that show might be right at the back???
Any experiences would be appreciated.

If loads of seats have already been sold then the 'Best Available' might be at the back!
