Regen Therapeutics

Anyone heard of this company , i own a few shares , in fact its my only investment on the markets .

they have produced a drug "zolpidem" that brings people out of comas , temporarily , it also can help with stroke victims .

i was amazed that recent claims suggest that a coma victim actually comes around talks and speaks , eats and drinks , then slips back into the coma once the drug wears off.

this is not a ramp ...but even a £100 purchase could be worth £££££'s in the future

dyor as they say ...... but id be interested if anyone else has a view on this company

I know nothing about the company but I do know that the drug Zolpidem is a generic, that is to say out of patent medicine, and has been for some time. Other companies are free to market it, and do so, therefore I wouldn't think that them having it was such great news.

<<Edit: After looking on the company website I see that they have been granted rights on a new USE of Zolpidem, not just the drug itself. This makes more sense, they may therefore get a period of exclusivity that is so important.>>
