It's up to you really. You don't have to continue with the transaction if you don't want to, but if the PO arrives and can be cashed personally I would go ahead.

People can get temporarily suspended for all sorts of minor things, usually when this happens I email the buyer and just confirm they still want the item.

We have just had a bank holiday so it may have been delayed in the post (obviously not a good excuse if he claimed to be sending payment at the very start of last week though).

I would imagine that a 100% high rating eBayer would be NARUd for non-payment of fees or some other trivial matter.

I've just had a similar problem, buyer paid via Paypal for an item which was £5 inc postage. I went to check payment details this morning to post & seen they are No Longer Registered on ebay. They have 160 feedback with 100% so I've sent it anyway.

You should wait at least 7 working days after payment if that is the case as Paypal can reverse the charges and it roughly takes this time to occur

For the sake of £5 I'm not going to wait a week to see if this happens. With 100% feedback I'm being trusting. If it was expensive then maybe I would but not for something this cheap.

Paypal can withdraw payments for several months where a buyer claims fraudulent use. Waiting 7 days isn't going to help at all really and just leaves a seller open to a chargeback for item not received which can be started on day 7.

Where's bleugh when I need him?

I sold an item for £100 to a NARU'd buyer a couple of weeks ago. The transaction was fine. He paid in cash and collected the items from my house.

The only drawback is that there is no feedback and I can't leave it for him either.
