    As they have failed to comply with the original request, this is actually a complaint you are making so I don't think you should send them anything. don't forget to send the letter with a proof of posting or better still recorded so you know they've received it.

    You shouldn't have to, but personally I would put the PO in just to be sure.

    With regard to you saying you are hoping this is going to be statute barred - I have seen that this has been posted today on another thread -I can't say whether the information posted is accurate but it might be something you need to consider - if you do the CCA request and its, say, 5year and 10months then you might be jeapodising the statute barred status?
